Fruit has always been one of the most appreciated ingredients in pastry making: it adds colour, aroma, flavour and a pleasant touch of freshness to baked goods. In many desserts, however, fruit is often associated with candied fruit, which is frequently industrially produced and disliked by many consumers because of its texture, flavour or excessive sweetness.

To meet these needs, DOLCI FRUTTINI were created: small, soft and delicious cubes of concentrated fruit dispersed in a base of glucose syrup and pectin. They are an alternative not only to candied fruit, but also to dehydrated and dried fruit. During baking, they partially melt into the dough, releasing their intense and pleasant fruit flavour throughout the product. They are ideal for panettone and colomba, plum cakes, muffins and many other baked goods.

DOLCI FRUTTINI contain no artificial colourings, preservatives or genetically modified ingredients.
