Premix for Long-Fermented Pizza
To achieve a pizza that’s both crispy and soft, while being easy to digest, long fermentation is the ideal method. How? Prepare the dough, let it rise in the fridge in a covered bowl. When ready (follow the instructions on the box), stretch the dough (without kneading again), add toppings, and bake. You’ll taste the difference with the high-quality ingredients we've selected!
