Pancake Premix

Pancakes are soft and fluffy griddle cakes, similar in some respects to crêpes, but thicker, approximately 5–6 mm. In the United States, pancakes have become particularly popular as a breakfast food, usually served with maple syrup, butter and fruit.

The ingredients are the traditional ones (flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla), but with this mix you can enjoy delicious pancakes using fewer ingredients and with less effort, while achieving a wonderfully soft and fluffy texture.

Adjust the amount of milk according to your preferred consistency. Dosage 1 is ideal for preparing 4 generous pancakes measuring approximately 8–10 cm in diameter!
