We present a mix that allows you to make a high and soft pizza. Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, now in its wholegrain version, is considered a valid Italian alternative to Khorasan wheat, often known under the name Kamut. The resulting dough is rich in vitamins, proteins, and minerals, with a good level of dietary fiber.
