Instant Baking Powder is widely used in pastry making for preparing sponge cakes and relies on an acid-base chemical reaction of its ingredients that produces carbon dioxide, a gas that pushes against the batter during baking, causing it to rise and giving the cake the right softness. This yeast should not be confused with instant dry baker's yeast, which, like regular baker's yeast, is suitable for making bread, pizza, and leavened sweets such as brioche, doughnuts, etc. (click here for this product).

Our Instant Baking Powder always ensures a perfect result, helping the cake rise directly in the oven, hence the name “instant.” It is added to the recipe together with the flour or other dry ingredients, mixed slightly to prevent lumps, and then the recipe is followed as usual.

Our Instant Baking Powder is not vanilla-flavored like other products on the market, as we leave it to your creativity to add the most suitable aroma for the cake you wish to prepare.
