Premix for Pizza

Making pizza at home? Just talking about it is enough to make your mouth water. Pizza is part of our great Italian tradition, but the result isn’t always what we hope for. With our mix, you’ll get perfectly risen pizza dough—light, soft, and crisp at the same time. We take care of the dough, you handle the toppings!

The quantities (in grams) and ingredients needed for preparation are listed below. The full method is explained in the product sheet.

Note: Do not add salt—it's already in the mix. You may add it to your toppings if desired.
