The glaze is easy to prepare. Once ready, it should be spread on the cake before baking and topped as desired with sugar crystals, almonds, etc.
The quantities (in grams) and ingredients needed for preparation are listed below. The preparation method is provided in the product sheet. For best results, prepare the glaze a few hours before use.
