The Margarine for Croissants and Puff Pastry we offer is a very plastic margarine, ideal for laminating with the dough of a puff pastry or croissant. It comes in a flat 2 kg shape, ready to be placed directly in the center of the dough, enclosed inside, and then laminated (or layered). In other words, with this margarine, it is not necessary to prepare a "butter block"; see our detailed article on the page Her Majesty the Puff Pastry (click here).
Remember that margarine, like butter, is a basic raw material and, therefore, the dosages should follow the quantities indicated in your recipes.
USAGE: As needed in all pastry applications. To achieve the right working consistency, leave the product at room temperature for a few hours before use.
