ACCESSIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
The DOLCI&PANI website is freely accessible without any registration. Anyone can purchase on DOLCI&PANI, both private individuals or companies with VAT number (Ho.re.ca.). Sales are also possible without registration, as a GUEST: in this case the conditions provided for RETAIL sales (private customers) apply.
Registration is preferable in order to track the order, view the history and benefit from other customer services. During registration it is required to indicate your type of user, whether RETAIL (private) or HO.RE.CA. (company). For those who do not register, it is necessary to communicate their data, strictly necessary for the purchase and delivery of the product, only before proceeding with the payment procedure.
Registration as a Ho.re.ca. sector company gives the right to particular sales conditions regarding discounts/quantities and payment methods (see paragraph "GENERAL HO.RE.CA. CONDITIONS").
GENERAL RETAIL CONDITIONS (private customers)
The price displayed includes VAT, both for guests and for registered customers.
In order for the order to be accepted it is necessary to order at least 2 kg total of mixes of your choice. It is not possible to purchase only the products called "accessories" (grouped in a specific section), which can be purchased together with the above-mentioned minimum quantity of one or more mixes.
Only the registered customer, with the purchase, accumulates points to be used as a discount for subsequent orders (see paragraph "REWARD POINTS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES").

GENERAL HO.RE.CA. CONDITIONS (companies)
The Ho.re.ca. customer benefits from dedicated discounts and sees product prices excluding VAT. To access these conditions it is necessary to register and log in before adding products to the cart and proceeding with the order.
As a guest, the conditions provided for
RETAIL sales (private customers) apply even if you complete registration as a
Ho.re.ca. customer during the payment phase.
On the taxable price (shown crossed out) a discount of 10% is applied.
For orders over €200 taxable amount, an additional 10% discount is provided, automatically applied in the cart.
In order for the order to be accepted it is necessary to order at least 10 kg total of mixes of your choice and in any case the purchase amount must be at least 100 Euros taxable (both conditions, quantity and amount, must be satisfied). REWARD POINTS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Only registered customers accumulate points based on the price of the product, to be used as a discount for subsequent orders. For every Euro of purchase reward points are assigned, generally from 5 to 10 points for each Euro spent; therefore, for example, a product that costs 5.00 Euro gives the right from 25 to 50 reward points depending on the product purchased.
In each product sheet the number of points assigned for each package purchased is indicated: the more you buy, the more points you accumulate.
Registered customers can:
- view their history in their account;
- use the points as an immediate discount on the next order or on subsequent ones.
The discount applied is 1 Euro for every 100 points entered in the cart (the appropriate field is visible only if points have been accumulated).
PAYMENTS
For Italy, the accepted payment methods are: Paypal, credit card (via Paypal), bank transfer and cash on delivery (but only for total sum between 20 to 50 Euros).
For RETAIL customers, cash on delivery is understood as payment in cash to the courier to be made upon delivery of the goods and is possible only for orders over 20 Euros and under 50 Euros.
For HO.RE.CA. customers, cash on delivery is understood as payment on sight to the courier always to be made at the moment of delivery of the goods. It is an option that, if activated, requires the payment of a 20% advance of the total invoice to be paid by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer, after clicking on the "confirm order" button.
For foreign countries, the accepted payment methods are: Paypal, credit card (via Paypal), bank transfer.
Payment by credit card takes place through the Monetaonline circuit of the Intesa San Paolo group, which accepts the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards issued exclusively in the Italian territory, such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express. In no way is our company able to access the data relating to the credit card and the holder, which are transmitted in encrypted form directly to the bank.
Paypal payment is an electronic payment that can be made by holders of an account with PayPal Inc., world leader in online payments.
Payment by bank transfer is an advance payment that must be made once the order has been completed. To make the bank transfer indicate the number and date of the order, the name and surname of the payer to the following bank details:

The order will be processed only upon receipt of the transferred amount, therefore the normal delivery times must include the banking processing time. To speed up shipping we recommend sending a copy of the bank receipt by e-mail to ordini@dolciepani.it or to the WhatsApp or Telegram number +39 348 305 3741 or by fax to the number +39 0429 601060.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The data registered or, in the case of purchase without registration, indicated in the purchase phase and upon delivery of the product are processed in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, EU Regulation 2016/679) on the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
Within the normal activity of our company, personal data are processed for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relations with the applicant (delivery, internal statistics etc.) and for purposes connected to obligations provided for by current laws.
The interested party expressly enjoys the rights established by law and that is to request confirmation of the existence at our premises of their personal data; to know the origin, the logic and the purposes of their processing; to obtain updating, rectification and integration; to request their deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in case of unlawful processing; to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons or in case of use of the data for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication. Obtaining the deletion of one's personal data is subject to sending a written communication to the company headquarters.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The sale of products is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 and subsequent amendments, regarding distance contracts, that is carried out outside commercial premises.
To exercise this right it is necessary to send, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods (European Directive 2011/83/EU), a communication expressing the intention to withdraw from the contract.
This regulation establishes the right of withdrawal, that is the possibility to return the purchased product, obtain a replacement or a refund of the expense incurred. This right is reserved by law exclusively for natural persons (consumers). Nevertheless ESKA S.n.c. also recognizes the same right to companies or VAT holders. The right of withdrawal also applies to products partially used by the consumer in modest quantity and not satisfied with the yield and quality of the products offered.
The buyer may make use of this right, for any reason, within 14 days from receipt of the goods, by sending written communication to our offices which will be available to agree on the return, refund or replacement methods. The shipping costs for the return are borne by ESKA S.n.c. in the case of damaged goods or considered spoiled by the buyer, while return costs are borne by the buyer in all other cases. The communication can be sent by e-mail to ordini@dolciepani.it, via WhatsApp or Telegram at the number +39 348 305 3741 or by fax to the number 0429 601060, indicating if possible the reason.
The substantial integrity of the goods and original packaging is an essential requirement for exercising the right of return.
Subsequently you will be informed of the procedures for the collection of the goods, the costs of which are borne by us. In the meantime please carefully pack the product and place a label with the following return address:
