Have you ever noticed how some loaves of bread have a rectangular "box" shape? This shape is typically used to make sandwich bread that is then sliced evenly. Of course, it can also be used for many other types of bread, especially multigrain or rye breads. To achieve this shape, you can use paper molds like those used for pound cakes, or reusable molds like these!
How to use them? Once the dough is ready, pour it into the mold and let it rise. When fully risen, bake the bread directly in the mold. After baking, simply remove the bread and reuse the mold multiple times.
The molds come in packs of 2 and are suitable for baking about 500 grams of dough per mold.
