SHIPPING AND COSTS

Our general terms require a minimum order of at least 2 kg of selected products. It is not possible to purchase accessory items alone, which can only be purchased together with an order of prepared products.

You can collect your order directly at our company headquarters without any shipping charges. The pickup address is via Degli Artigiani n. 23/25/27 in ESTE (PD). When confirming the order, please specify the day you plan to pick up your goods.

We deliver to the following countries:

• Belgium
• Denmark
• France (excluding Corsica)
• Germany
• Netherlands
• Poland
• Spain
• Sweden

Delivery is guaranteed via express courier. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 4 working days after order fulfillment. Goods are delivered Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. If you are absent, a "delivery notice" will be left so you can contact the courier to reschedule the delivery. The service is curbside delivery (not to the door).

The boxes are sufficiently large and your items are well protected.

The shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees. We recommend grouping your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping fees will apply to each order individually.
