This natural mix is based on oat flakes, sultana raisins, fruit jellies, chopped hazelnuts, flax seeds, spelt flakes, sunflower seeds, and very little sugar. It is truly healthy and it’s easy to prepare fabulous bars. How?

Mix the preparation with a bit of honey, previously heated over low flame for a few minutes, then place it on a slightly greased baking paper, flatten it into a more or less rectangular shape, and bake for 35 minutes at 135°C.

Once ready, let it cool slightly and then proceed to cut the bars: very tasty, healthy, and perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
