Product returns

Have you purchased one of our products and would like to return it? No problem: you have 14 days to return one or more purchased products, regardless of the reason for the return.

You are on this page because Legislative Decree No. 209 of 31 December 2025requires websites to provide a clearly visible, easily accessible method for exercising the right of withdrawal, available throughout the entire withdrawal period.

If you are a registered customer, simply log in to your account, select the relevant order number and the product you wish to return, and complete the required information.

If you placed your order as a guest, simply complete the form below. Registered customers may also use this form if they prefer.

Please note: the order number and the email address used for the order must match a valid purchase.

Once you have entered the required information, click the “Confirm Withdrawal” button.

You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please also check your spam or junk mail folder.

In any case, our staff will contact you to arrange collection of the goods. We apologise in advance for any possible delays in processing your request.

Please note that return requests can only be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods. Our team will verify the validity of the request and its compliance with the applicable return conditions.
