Right of Withdrawal
The sale of products is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 and subsequent amendments, concerning distance contracts, i.e., those concluded outside business premises.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to send, within 14 working days of receiving the goods (European Directive 2011/83/EU), a notification expressing the intention to withdraw from the contract.
This regulation establishes the right of withdrawal, allowing customers to return the purchased product, request a replacement, or obtain a refund of the expenses incurred. By law, this right is reserved exclusively for individuals (consumers). However, ESKA S.n.c. also extends this right to businesses and VAT holders. The right of withdrawal also applies to products partially used by the consumer in small quantities and deemed unsatisfactory in performance or quality.
The purchaser may exercise this right, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending written communication to our offices, which will assist in arranging the return, refund, or replacement process. Return shipping costs are covered by ESKA S.n.c. if the goods are damaged or deemed defective by the purchaser, while return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility in all other cases. The substantial integrity of the goods and original packaging is an essential requirement for exercising the right of return.
Subsequent to your request, you will receive instructions for the collection of the goods, for which shipping costs are covered by us. In the meantime, please carefully package the product and label it with the following return address:

Upon receiving the returned goods, and within 14 days of the withdrawal, we will refund the payment and any delivery costs incurred.
