None of the published reviews have been fabricated, coerced, or
manipulated.
Periodically, the Privacy Officer or their delegate sends an email to customers who placed an order in the days or weeks preceding the publication of a review, inviting them to provide their feedback on the service provided and the purchased products. The email contains a link directing customers to a page on our website, www.dolciepani.it, where they can anonymously submit an overall rating from 1 to 5 stars and write a text review.
It is entirely up to the customer whether to respond to the invitation and freely share their thoughts: no rewards are promised.
The review submitted by the customer is not immediately visible but must be activated in our back office by the Privacy Officer or their delegate. This step ensures the review does not contain vulgar, inappropriate, or offensive language. Criticism is certainly welcomed, provided it is expressed in a constructive and respectful manner.
Once approved, the review is published, showing only the customer's first name, the initial of their last name, and their city of residence, as provided by the customer during the purchase process or account registration. This approach aims to ensure the public identity of the reviewer.
