MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
Anyone can purchase from DOLCI&PANI. The DOLCI&PANI website is
freely accessible without registration, though registration is preferred to
track orders and access other customer services. For those who do not
register, it is necessary to provide the essential information required for
purchasing and delivering the product, just before proceeding with the
payment process.
To accept the order, a minimum of 2 kg of prepared products must be ordered.
It is not possible to purchase only the items labeled "accessories" (grouped
in a specific section), which can only be purchased together with the
aforementioned minimum quantity of one or more prepared products.

PAYMENTS
For **Italy**, the accepted payment methods are: cash on delivery, credit
card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery is considered a cash
payment to the courier upon delivery. Cash on delivery is not accepted for
amounts exceeding 200 Euros.
For **foreign countries**, the accepted payment methods are: credit card and
PayPal.
Credit card payments are processed via the Monetaonline system of the Intesa
San Paolo group, which accepts the most common credit cards, including
prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued exclusively in Italy, such as Visa,
Mastercard, Diners, and American Express. Our company cannot access credit
card data or cardholder information, which are transmitted in encrypted form
directly to the bank.
PayPal payments are electronic payments made by account holders with PayPal
Inc., a global leader in online payments.
Bank transfer is a prepayment that must be made once the order is placed. To
make the bank transfer, provide the order number and date, along with the
name of the purchaser, to the following bank details:

The order will only be processed upon receipt of the transferred amount.
Therefore, the usual delivery times should include the banking processing
time. To speed up the shipping, we recommend sending a copy of the bank
receipt via email to ordini@dolciepani.it, via WhatsApp or Telegram at +39
348 305 3741, or by fax to +39 0429 601060.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The data provided during registration or, in the case of purchases without
registration, during the purchase and delivery process, are processed in
accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) EU Regulation
2016/679 regarding the protection of individuals and other subjects
concerning personal data processing, also known as the Privacy Law.
In the normal course of our business, personal data is processed for
purposes strictly related and instrumental to managing relationships with
the customer (delivery, internal statistics, etc.) and for compliance with
legal obligations.
The data subject expressly enjoys the rights established by the GDPR, which
include the right to request confirmation of the existence of personal data,
its origin, logic, and purposes of processing; to obtain updates,
corrections, or additions; to request cancellation, anonymization, or
blocking in case of unlawful processing; and to object to the processing of
personal data for legitimate reasons, especially for marketing purposes.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The sale of products is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 and
subsequent amendments regarding distance contracts, i.e., those made outside
of commercial premises.
To exercise this right, you must send a communication within 14 working days
of receiving the goods (European Directive 2011/83/EU) expressing the
intention to withdraw from the contract.
This regulation establishes the right of withdrawal, which means the ability
to return the purchased product, request a replacement, or get a refund of
the paid amount. This right is legally reserved exclusively for individuals
(consumers). However, ESKA S.n.c. extends this right to businesses and VAT
holders as well. The right of withdrawal applies even to products partially
used by the consumer in small quantities, provided the consumer is
dissatisfied with the product's performance or quality.
The buyer may exercise this right for any reason within 14 days of receiving
the goods by sending written notice to our offices, which will assist in
arranging return, replacement, or refund procedures. Return shipping costs
are covered by ESKA S.n.c. if the goods are damaged or deemed defective by
the buyer, while return costs are borne by the buyer in all other cases. The
notice can be sent by email to ordini@dolciepani.it or via WhatsApp or
Telegram at +39 348 305 3741, or by fax at +39 0429 601060, providing the
reason if possible.
The product and its original packaging must be substantially intact to
exercise the right of return.
We will provide instructions for the return of the goods, with return
shipping costs covered by us. In the meantime, please ensure the product is
carefully packed and label it with the return address:

Upon receipt of the return and within 14 days from the withdrawal, we will
process the refund of the payment and any delivery charges incurred.
