If you want a pizza that’s both crispy and soft, and easy to digest, then long fermentation is the way to go. How? Prepare the dough and let it rise in the fridge in a covered bowl. When ready (follow the instructions on the box), stretch the dough (without kneading again), add your toppings, and bake. You’ll love the taste thanks to our carefully selected ingredients!
This is not just an ordinary formula: it also contains Semolina, Barley, Oats, and Potato Flakes.
