This is made possible by the organic origin of the selected grains used to produce the flour, grown without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or other chemical products that may remain as residues in the flour. All this is enhanced by the slow grinding of the grains using natural stone mills, resulting in a “living” flour, rich in fiber, water-soluble vitamins, and all the trace elements that nature has given us within the wheat kernel.
For those who do not want conventional, refined flour, industrially milled with steel rollers, this is the ideal solution.
Our organic products are periodically inspected by ICEA, an institute authorized by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture for this purpose. Our registration number with ICEA is as follows:
